Project consists of Excavation, general fill placement, subgrade preparation, installation of a 40-mil HDPE secondary liner, installation of leak detection system geo-composite/geonet, installation of leak detection system including trenches, pipe, aggregate, geotextile wrap, sumps, and sump risers, installation of a 60-mil HDPE primary liner, access road construction, electrical and foremain installation.
