Includes excavation, general fill, and subgrade preparation; installation of a 2ft thick re-compacted clay liner; installation of a leachate collection system including piping, drainage aggregate and drainage geo-composite; installation of a 2ft thick protective cover; future and existing tie-ins; anchor trench excavation/backfilling; construction of an access road and truck pad; stormwater sump.
